The current website build uses a 30-day satisfaction refund period for course purchases. Requests should be submitted through the support form within 30 calendar days of the original purchase. Refund eligibility for corporate licenses, completed cohort services, or unusually high levels of downloaded/consumed content may require separate written terms. Review and adapt this policy with your legal and payment-processing requirements before launch.
